Şita Sözlük kullanıcıları hesaplarının ve ilişkili verilerinin silinmesini talep edebilir.

Talep için:

1. sitasozluk@gmail.com adresine “Şita Sözlük hesap silme talebi” başlığıyla e-posta gönderin.
2. Google veya Apple ile giriş yaptığınız hesap e-postasını belirtin.
3. Sadece belirli verilerin silinmesini istiyorsanız “Şita Sözlük veri silme talebi” başlığıyla hangi verilerin silinmesini istediğinizi yazın.

Silinebilecek veriler:
Profil bilgileri, e-posta, bulut yedekleri, favoriler, geçmiş, notlar, listeler, YDS ilerleme/deneme kayıtları, geri bildirimler ve hesaba bağlı kullanım kayıtları.

Saklanabilecek veriler:
Yasal, muhasebe, güvenlik, kötüye kullanım önleme ve abonelik yönetimi için gerekli satın alma/abonelik kayıtları; anonimleştirilmiş analiz ve çökme kayıtları; güvenlik günlükleri ve yedek kayıtlar. Bu kayıtlar en fazla 90 gün içinde sistemlerden temizlenir veya anonimleştirilir.

Cihazdaki yerel veriler kullanıcı cihazında kalır; uygulama verilerini temizleyerek veya uygulamayı kaldırarak silinebilir.

Account and Data Deletion

Şita Dictionary users may request the deletion of their accounts and associated data.

To submit a request:

1. Send an email to sitasozluk@gmail.com with the subject line “Şita Dictionary account deletion request.”
2. Include the account email address you used to sign in with Google or Apple.
3. If you only want specific data to be deleted, send an email with the subject line “Şita Dictionary data deletion request” and specify which data you want deleted.

Data that can be deleted:

Profile information, email address, cloud backups, favorites, history, notes, lists, YDS progress/mock exam records, feedback, and account-related usage records.

Data that may be retained:

Purchase/subscription records required for legal, accounting, security, abuse prevention, and subscription management purposes; anonymized analytics and crash records; security logs and backup records. These records are deleted from the systems or anonymized within a maximum of 90 days.

Local data stored on the device remains on the user’s device and can be deleted by clearing the app data or uninstalling the app.
